| HUNGARIAN
ART OF MOVEMENT - ORKESZTIKA |
My instructions of Orkesztika and artistic
motion follow strictly the theory of Dienes - system
of movements. In the praxis I alloy them with traditional
techniques learned from other classical masters in artistic
motion especially with those I learned from Sára Berczik
and I am adding to them my own experiences.
The purpose of my sessions is to develop body awareness,
perception of space, sense of time,
to expand dynamic feeling, to form personality and to
teach many other things than can be taught by moving.
We will be learning simplest looking things - that are
even therefore very difficult- such as: to stand, to
walk etc. Contrary to all other sessions, almost in every
case we will approach movements with always new exercises.
According to my pupils that is the reason why this course
is so special: one never can know what we will be doing
the following session, at all times we are studying
something else, just in conformity with the topic I
want my pupils to perceive.
|
| LECTURES
ON DANCE HISTORY
AND DANCE THEORY |
The sessions will cover motion history
- dance challenges, theory of motion - analysis of movement,
history of art - style morphology, visualization, and
dynamism.

ART OF MOVEMENT
|
My classes are based on traditional Hungarian
modern dance, developing body consciousness, coordination
and the use of space. Purpose of the art of movement
is the creation of the artist's individual method and
style, which we are seeking together during class. We
work out trends and technique for the movement of art
in the 21st century.

| GRAHAM-TECHNIQUE
- CONTEPMORARY DANCE
|
Martha Graham is considered the "mother" of modern dance
that took shape in the United States of America during
the beginning of the 20th century. Over time, her individual
dance style was moulded into a technique and system.
Graham's personality, physique, outlook formed the foundation
of this technique of modern dance, which by now known
worldwide. The systematic execution of her series of
movements brings about in body awareness, coordination,
and concentration. Additionally, they result in the
expression and experience of dramatic feelings.
